Granite is the most suitable material for the stairs, because it is less sensitive to abrasion, damage and impurities. Most suitable for interior stairs is polished surface finish and for external stairs rough surface finish (flamed, brushed, sandblasted).

In order to prevent the possibility of slipping when the surface is wet, on the edge of the stairs can be placed anti-slip straps.
